Here's everything you need to know before your order arrives.
London, Ontario Only
We currently sell and deliver exclusively to residents of London, Ontario. We can't wait to grow and reach more communities soon!
2-Day Advance Notice
Orders must be placed at least 2 days before your requested delivery date so we can source the freshest blooms just for you.
Delivery Hours
We deliver evenings on weekdays and have flexible timing on weekends.
Evening deliveries run from 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM.
Local Pickup Available
Pickup can be arranged on request. Please note that pickup is from a private residence — not a storefront.
🌡️ Weather Notice
During extreme hot or cold weather, flowers cannot be left outside. If no one will be home to receive your delivery, please contact us in advance so we can make alternative arrangements.
✏️ Changes & Cancellations
Order changes or cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before your delivery time. We get it — things come up! Please reach out and we'll do our best to adjust your delivery date, time, or cancel if needed.
